Education in Motion Launches Global Advisory Board to Shape the Future of Learning

Key Highlights :

EiM launches a new Education Advisory Board, co-chaired by Lesley Meyer and Richard Levin, as a catalyst of innovation and leadership in education.

Board members include global leaders in AI, university presidents, and educational policy; the first summit will be hosted in Singapore.

EiM operates 15 schools across the world, with more than 11,500 students, focusing on academic excellence, innovation, and integrative learning.

Key Background :

Education in Motion has established itself as a world education leader dedicated to providing "premium" school experience. Its portfolio consists of K‑12 international schools and bilingual education programs to provide challenging academics, well-rounded development, and global citizenship.

With over 11,500 students in 15 schools, EiM is dedicated to academic success as well as the development of critical thinking, creativity, flexibility, and information literacy. Its curriculum prepares students for post-secondary education and the emerging global workplace.

The creation of the Education Advisory Board is in response to the very dynamic learning environment. Advances in technology, international challenges such as climate change, and evolving social needs reshape what learners require from education. The Board is intended to provide insight and counsel to help EiM lead these dynamics.

Key themes for the Board are applying AI in learning, designing curricula that are rigorous and adaptive, and building creativity together with core academic competencies. The Board will also likely shape leadership strategies and pedagogic strategies across EiM's network.

The leadership of the Board is comprised of international school background, global higher education experience, and online learning experience. Together, the three are likely to generate innovative solutions that are internationally informed and locally appropriate.

The first Advisory Board summit in Singapore will provide a platform for strategic discussions, learning exchange, and practical recommendations. EiM anticipates the Board to play a major part in charting the destiny of the organisation and promoting its impact on global education.
